Cancellation Policy: You must notify the Moonlight & Magnolias registrar ASAP via email at MMRegistrar@GeorgiaRomanceWriters.org or snail mail to the address below. Cancellations received by Sept 12, 2008, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations received after Sept 12, 2008.

Hilton Atlanta NE hotel rooms: $75 per night (plus applicable state/local taxes) while room block is available. ***Note*** For accurate registration and to guarantee our special conference room rate, we encourage you to make reservations through our website rather than alternative methods before the room block fills.
